Our story.

As colleagues and friends who are passionate about talent acquisition, we realized what exists needs to change.

With that, came the “what if” questions. What if we could change the churn from not just hiring people, but bringing in the right people at the right time with an efficient process? What if we could help organizations build culture and highly productive and enjoyable work environments? What if we could help organizations plan for growth and build on their foundation - it’s people? And what if the solutions could be right-sized to an organization’s needs? What if we created a company where we combined our talents and got to address these opportunities every day? What would that look like? What do we have to offer that will make a difference in the way people think about talent? Each of us at Weiser brings something different to the table, but with our superpowers combined, we make one heck of an imaginative and resourceful talent acquisition strategy team.

We have worked in-house or as consultants for industries ranging from grassroots nonprofits and start-ups to multinational corporations and are well versed in the many challenges organizations face to create a sustainable talent and people management ecosystem. Weiser Innovations is a response to those challenges and opportunities for change. Our expertise allows us to navigate stiff competition and poor talent pools. We are able to create strategies to keep pace with rapidly changing technology, confusing and ever evolving labor laws and complex social movements. Regardless of the stage or nature of your business, we will work with you to reach your goals.

Our Leadership Team.

I named this company for my grandmother, Marcia Weiser. She taught me a lot about integrity, equity and kindness through her words and actions. One story that sticks with me from her childhood during the Great Depression is about her family leaving cups of pennies at their door for their neighbors. In the ritual of telling this story, she stressed that while she and her family were also in need it was important to share what they had so everyone could survive.

The imperative to share my resources, talents and skills, and foster environments where my teams, organizations and clients could do the same has been the foundation of my careers in education and talent acquisition. Finding the right balance of skills and resources, of passion and opportunity, of tools and needs is what drives me to do this work at levels of engagement that are appropriate and accessible for one person shops and multinational organizations. Creating the best path for people and organizations to come together is what Weiser Innovations works to achieve.

When it comes to talent acquisition, I take my job seriously. Although sarcastic and quick to use humor to navigate most situations, I know what I do is important. In my career, I’ve never lost sight of what fuels my passion for the job, it's each and every person with whom I interact. All of them. Each along their own journey, their unique stories influencing and inspiring my own path. It could be an organization looking to grow in a meaningful way that preserves the integrity of their culture. It could be a candidate that’s on the job search who feels alone and unsure. At the heart it’s the connection we have to one another. The recruiting industry often has a bad rap and rightfully so. It can be transactional, metric-driven, and all the things you don’t want to associate with a business about people. I started this organization to set a precedent that you can and will succeed by putting people and your relationships first.
